Fur Cropped Cardigan

I was never very interested in princesses as a kid, but I loved dolls. My Scene, American Girls, Madame Alexander, Barbies, Polly Pockets, all of them. I loved dressing them up as much as I loved chewing on their plastic clothes, and nothing made me happier than a new polyester bolero for my favorite Bratz. They were fabulous, and I wanted to be too.
I decided to stop eating in hopes of fitting into my dolls' clothes one day but only lasted five days. I broke my fast at a Greek restaurant on the highway to San Antonio and lost all hope of ever being fabulous since that day. Needless to say, the clothes never fit, but my ability to find human-sized doll clothes improved significantly. And, alas, I found the perfect bolero! Not polyester, of course...
The collar is 100% rabbit fur and super ultra-soft. Sparkly threads run throughout the knit, and it has three-quarter bell sleeves that give the cardigan a seventies vibe. We love a seventies vibe. You could wear it over a mini dress on a cold New York night to the club and wouldn't have to bother with coat checks or hypothermia. You could wear it on the one Sunday out of the year that you go to church with your grandma, and the priest would say you look adorable. When the weather gets unpredictable, you could wear it around your waist throughout the day, and then put it on at night when the wind picks up and the sun goes down. You can be the Barbie I was never able to be, and won't even have to develop an eating disorder to get there. Goals.
