For better or for worse, I have an unparalleled aptitude for riling people up and razing my relationships to the ground when I'm in the mood. A good mood. The former is expendable to this story, but the latter is precisely the kernel of it all. And the way I did this -- at least most recently -- is via TikTok. The TikTok has since been taken down so DON'T even try to look for it because it's not there, but yeah. A TikTok ended my relationship.
I thought it was a joke at the time but he did not, and I understand him now, sort of. There were obviously plenty of OTHER things going on, and I mostly blame myself for those things this time. I was unduly cold, cynical, and unforgiving and I regret that, truly. It was undeserved. But in my defense, I'd heard "sorry" one too many times, and had checked out a long time ago. I love the dude but wasn't in love any longer. It just took me too long to realize that.
That day -- TikTok Day -- was a very somber, heavy, and unpleasant day. So, I went shopping. And the only positive thing that came out of this very somber, heavy, and unpleasant day was THIS skirt!! I LOVE this skirt but it reminds me too much of TikTok Day, and I prefer to rid myself of those garments which haunt me; in this case, TikTok skirt.
Fit: Size S/M on tag; fits more like a Medium, but it's very stretchy and should fit S-L. See measurements.
