Pink Lace Slip Skirt
Pink Lace Slip Skirt
Bubblegum pink mini skirt from the 1960s. Made of satin-like material. Elastic waist. Floral lace trimming at the hem. Fits like an XS-S.
I wanted to wear a choker with this outfit, but decided against it because I remembered a guy who made fun of me for wearing one in my profile picture on LinkedIn. This dude was lovely, and we almost had a thing once; I even met his parents. BUT, homeboy had a girlfriend at the time, and that made us difficult. I was skeptical but also mesmerized by the idea of us because we have the same name (the male and female versions). I thought that was cool. I thought it would make us a hot, amusing couple -- dontcha think? He was also just fascinated by me, and that's always very flattering because I'm a Leo. We got along very well, too. But again, the girlfriend.
This guy never talked about her, and I'm a girl, so I was curious and wanted to see if the chick was actually pretty. Sue me! So, I PEEKED at her LinkedIn ONE TIME. But I'm soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo dumb and didn't realize that LinkedIn shows you everyone who views your profile. I don't know who connected the dots or how, but he found out about this and stopped speaking to me altogether. After that, he began talking about his girlfriend aaaaaaaaaaall the damn time. Needless to say, my same-name-couple-dreams were crushed; I was heartbroken and, not to mention, embarrassed too. So, I did what any smart gal like me would do in this situation, and I unblocked my ex. For legal purposes, I will not discuss what happened after that!
